I’m Haromega, a 22 year old Freelance illustrator, LPS customiser, Convention Artist and Small business owner from Tasmania, Australia! Currently I spend my days studying Applied Design at uni and travelling around Australia to sell my goods at conventions and markets! Refund and returns policy
Though I strive to create the best shopping experience for everyone, there can sometimes be issues with your order.
Should there be any issues, Please contact me via my email, haromegaart@gmail.com.
IN THE CASE OF A CHANGE OF MIND:
Prior to shipment, a full refund may be given for a change of mind.
Should you receive your order and decide you no longer want the product you have received, there will be no refunds given. It is at your own discretion to resell the product elsewhere as you see fit.
IN THE CASE OF A WRONG, FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM:
Should you order numerous items, a partial refund for any mixed up or damaged items will occur.
Any damages which occur to commissioned handmade items during transit are not included in these terms. Should these break in transit, it is the buyer’s responsibility to repair any damage.
IN THE CASE OF SLOW SHIPMENT:
Please understand that shipping between countries can take a while. If you need an item by a certain date and you are outside of australia, please contact me for international express shipping. Should an item take longer than expected to arrive to you, You will be entitled to a refund 90 days after the item is shipped.
LOST PACKAGES:
In the case of a letter package containing prints going missing in transit, A new letter with replacement products will be sent out free of charge.
Lost packages with pets and any other official LPS contents cannot simply be replaced, and therefore will be refunded in their entirety if the package has not arrived 90 days after the date of shipment.
PHYSICAL COMMISSIONED WORKS:
Custom commissions and other handmade items require physical labour and may take up to two months to complete. During this time there will be regular updates and you are free to ask for any updates during the production of these items.
Change of mind for these purchases may ONLY occur during the drafting stage. Fulfilment of these orders is otherwise required.
DIGITAL COMMISSIONED WORKS:
Digital commissions are not shipped to you and are therefore sent as a high quality PNG file once complete.
Change of mind for digital commissions may only occur in the sketching stage of these works.
The only time that a digital commission may otherwise be refunded is in the case of my own failure to complete the commission.
